Breathwork & Somatic Therapy Advanced Training in Ikaria, Greece
Breathwork & Somatic Therapy Advanced Training in Greece, 2026
Where Breath, Body & Emotion Meet
Join us for a transformative 9-day immersive training on the Blue Zone island of Ikaria, Greece, where Breathwork, Somatic Therapy, and nature come together in one of the world’s longest-living communities.
Across the training, we journey through the elements, the organs, and the emotions stored within them — learning how the body holds our stories and how it knows exactly how to release them.
This training is designed for practitioners who are ready to move beyond technique — into embodiment, refinement, and mastery. Through trauma-aware breathwork, somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and elemental wisdom, you will deepen your capacity to hold safe, attuned, and transformative spaces for others.
Participants are guided by an internationally experienced breathwork teacher (holotropic-rebirthing style) alongside a Chi Nei Tsang instructor trained at Tao Garden, bringing teachings from Chinese healing traditions and the Mantak Chia lineage.
We will explore how emotions live in our tissues, breath patterns, and nervous system — and how to gently release and transform them through embodied practices.
🌍 The Elemental Journey
Preparation – All Elements: Grounding · Nervous system regulation · Safety
Earth – Stomach & Spleen: Worry, stress → Trust & inner stability
Metal – Lungs & Large Intestine: Sadness, shame, control → Courage & letting go
Water – Kidneys & Bladder: Fear, loneliness, fatigue → Flow & vitality
Wood – Liver & Gallbladder: Anger, guilt, frustration → Clarity & new beginnings
Fire – Heart & Small Intestine: Grief, anxiety → Love & joy
Integration – All Elements: Wholeness · Balance · Embodied vitality
🧠 Why Organs Hold Emotions
Our organs are not mechanical parts —they are living, feeling systems, deeply connected to: the nervous system, the endocrine system, ancestral memory and emotional survival strategies.
When emotions are not fully expressed, they don’t disappear — they settle into tissues, breath patterns, and posture.
Through somatic therapy and conscious breath, we gently invite these stored emotions back into movement — where they can finally complete and release.
Surrounded by temples, water, earth, and ritual, Bali becomes not just a location, but a co-facilitator in the learning. Here, ancient wisdom meets modern somatic science — supporting profound personal healing while strengthening your professional skills as a facilitator.
