Breathwork Retreat in Greece
4-Day Breathwork Retreat in Ikaria – Blue Zone Island of Greece, October 16 to 19
Step away from the ordinary and immerse yourself in the healing power of breath, nature, and community on the sacred island of Ikaria – one of the world’s rare Blue Zones, where longevity and vitality are a way of life. Surrounded by mountains, crystal-clear waters, and the serenity of village life in Pyrgos, this retreat is an invitation to return to your essence. This retreat is designed as a small, intimate gathering, allowing for more personalized guidance and deeper connections.
For 4 days, we come together to breathe, to move, to sing, and to connect—awakening the wisdom that lives within and rediscovering the simple beauty of being alive. Guided by experienced facilitators, you will experience powerful breathwork practices, nourishing yoga and meditation, and the grounding embrace of untouched nature.
As part of our journey together, we will visit the healing thermal waters of Agios Kirikos—springs that have been cherished since ancient times and are believed to carry the restorative energy of the earth. In the warmth of these mineral-rich waters, you are invited to let go of tension, find deep relaxation, and welcome fresh energy into your body and spirit. This natural experience beautifully supports the inner transformations awakened through breathwork.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Attending a Transformative Breathwork Retreat in Greece offers a profound and holistic approach.

Our retreat takes place in the heart of Pyrgos, a traditional Ikarian village perched above Agios Kirikos, near the island’s museum. Pyrgos is a charming neighborhood of eight detached buildings, combining the authenticity of local architecture with eco-friendly design.
The retreat guesthouse is inspired by traditional Ikarian architecture, where the “Πυργος” (the tower) is the highest room in the house—historically the master bedroom—symbolizing a space of elevation and perspective. The buildings are crafted mostly from local materials and harmoniously integrated into the landscape, surrounded by olive groves, wild vegetation, herb gardens, and vineyards, offering a serene environment for reflection and soul connection.
This location provides the perfect balance of tranquility, natural beauty, and cultural authenticity, inviting you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and fully immerse in your breathwork journey.

During the retreat, you will be served delicious vegan and vegetarian meals, crafted with care to nourish both body and soul. Our menu is inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Ikaria, using fresh, local products from the island—vegetables, herbs, and grains grown naturally in the surrounding gardens.
A special highlight of your retreat experience will be the inclusion of famous Ikarian honey, celebrated for its unique flavor and natural health benefits. Each meal is thoughtfully prepared to support your energy, enhance your well-being, and complement the inner work of breathwork, yoga, and meditation.
Our meals are more than food—they are a ritual of nourishment, connecting you to the rhythms of the island and the essence of Ikarian longevity.

Inside Pyrgos Village, rooms come in a variety of styles to suit every preference. Each space is thoughtfully designed with a blend of modern amenities and traditional boutique furnishings, offering comfort while preserving authentic Ikarian charm.
Every room is uniquely positioned, allowing guests to enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Southern Aegean Sea. Narrow stone paths connect the rooms to the central pool, gardens, and parking areas, creating a serene and intimate village atmosphere.
Guests may upgrade to single occupancy if desired. Room allocation is based on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring a fair and personalized experience for all participants.
