Spiritual Consultation is a talking therapy that involves a therapist listening to you and helping you find ways to deal with emotional issues in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Counselling therapy allows people to speak out what is in their mind without having a feeling of being judged or commented on. 

Kristine offers counseling sessions where you will receive support and experience growth during challenging times in your life. This can help you deal with many personal topics in life such as fear, low self-esteem, anger, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marriage and relationship challenges, parenting problems, school difficulties, career changes, etc.

Taking the first step towards counseling is a powerful act of self-care. To get started, simply reach out to us to schedule an initial consultation. During this session, we’ll discuss your goals, concerns, and preferences, and match you with a counselor who aligns with your needs and objectives.


The sessions are done online or in person. The frequency of the sessions depends on each individual. Counseling has been found to be most productive when incorporated into your lifestyle for approximately 10-12 sessions, most typically delivered in once weekly sessions for 45 – 60 minutes each.

Breathwork Private sessions

Private sessions can be done in-person or virtually. 

In a private session, you will receive personal attention, and a combination of counseling, integration, energy work, and breathwork. 

Kristine creates a safe space so you can dive deep into your wounds, fears, phobias, and traumas to bring them insurface, and release them.

Kristine has a collaborative Breathwork Teacher Training Course with Breathwork Master Prem Luca.

The Course is designed to train you as a breathwork facilitator, to give you all tools to hold a safe space for others. It is designed to give you the time for integration, to embody and practice what we teach.

Above that, this course is also a healing and an inner transformation journey.
