Breathwork & Trauma Awareness Facilitator Training, July 19 to August 9
Join us in Estonia’s grounded natural setting designed for deep, real transformation.
This training combines evidence-informed breathwork practices with trauma awareness and practical facilitation skills, offering a structured path from personal healing into professional application.
Set in the coastal region of Häädemeeste, Estonia, the program takes place in a focused, nature-supported environment designed to support deep inner work and integration.
The training is divided into two parts:
Module 1: 8-Day Breathwork Intensive
This module provides a strong foundation in breathwork and self-regulation. You will explore conscious breathing as a tool for processing emotions, releasing stored tension, and developing awareness of your internal landscape.
The focus is on your own experience — building the capacity to safely access, navigate, and integrate deeper layers of the body and mind.
Module 2: 14-Day Facilitator Training
In the second module, the focus shifts to working with others. You will learn how to guide breathwork sessions, hold a safe and structured space, and apply trauma-aware principles in real practice.
This includes developing practical facilitation skills, understanding group dynamics, and building confidence in supporting others through their process.
Throughout the training, emphasis is placed on safety, integration, and real-world application — ensuring you leave not only with knowledge, but with the ability to facilitate responsibly.
This is one of the most comprehensive trainings, offering a multi-style breathwork approach grounded in trauma-informed principles for safe, deep, and effective transformation.
You will learn how breath affects the nervous system, how to work safely with emotional release, and how to guide sessions with clarity and responsibility. The program integrates theory, personal experience, and hands-on practice, ensuring that learning is both embodied and applicable.
Throughout the training, emphasis is placed on safety, integration, and real-world facilitation — not just experience. You will develop the ability to create a stable and supportive environment for yourself and others.
Beyond skill development, the process also supports your own regulation, awareness, and resilience — qualities essential for working with others in this field.

The training takes place in Piirumi, Häädemeeste Parish, in the south-west of Estonia — a quiet coastal region in Pärnumaa known for its forests, open landscapes, and proximity to the Baltic Sea.
The area is part of a wider natural environment that includes protected reserves, coastal meadows, and bog landscapes. Nearby, you’ll find places like the Tolkuse bog and the Nigula Nature Reserve — one of Estonia’s oldest protected wetland areas, home to diverse wildlife and untouched ecosystems.
This region is not designed for stimulation or entertainment. It offers something different — space, simplicity, and a slower pace that supports deeper internal work.
The training takes place in a small rural setting, away from busy urban environments. This creates the conditions for focus, regulation, and integration, without the distractions of typical retreat destinations.
At the same time, the location remains accessible, situated within reach of both Tallinn and Riga airports (both 160km away), making travel straightforward.
The training is hosted at a restored countryside farm in Piirumi, dating back over 100 years.
The property has been renovated into a comfortable and functional space for group stays, while preserving its original farm-manor character. It includes multiple buildings — a main house, converted barn spaces, and dedicated areas for group sessions and practice.
Located within the Luitemaa Nature Reserve, the surrounding environment is quiet and largely untouched, with forests, coastal landscapes, and nearby bog areas.
Inside, the space is intentional — with shared living areas, cozy lounging areas, and practice spaces designed to support focused group work. Outside, participants have access to open natural surroundings, a wood-heated, and electric heated saunas, and a natural swimming pond.
The combination of a historic setting and a calm natural environment creates a grounded, contained space that supports both the depth and structure of the training.
Meals during the training are simple, nourishing, and designed to support the process.
You will receive three daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), primarily vegetarian, with vegan options available. The focus is on balanced, wholesome food that supports energy, digestion, and recovery throughout the training.
Ingredients are locally sourced where possible, and meals are prepared to accommodate common dietary preferences.
Tea and hot drinks are available throughout the day.

Throughout your breathwork journey, you’ll receive dedicated support and guidance from our experienced team.
Graduation students from Module 2 will also participate in an online practicum (optional), with monthly online gatherings with teachers for continued support, mentoring, and guidance as you refine your facilitation skills.
