I had the privilege to take part in Kristine‘s 3,5 day ‚Transformative Breathwork‘ workshop in Thailand – and transformative it was. Kristine holds space like no other teacher I have met – in her space, I felt safe enough to release big emotions and go on beautiful healing journeys. I connected with my anger which was a real breakthrough for me. Kristine is an incredibly wise, powerful and humble teacher and an inspirational human being. I feel blessed to have had her guidance and already look forward to another one of her workshops.
