Ph.D., certified in Breathwork and a Reiki Master, Kristine blends ancient practices with modern knowledge. In 2015, she left her corporate and academic career to begin a profound journey of self-discovery through meditation, yoga, shamanism, energy healing, and spiritual exploration across the globe.
She has had the blessing to learn from many masters and healers. Her meditation path led her to Buddhist temples, where she stayed to immerse herself in Vipassana and Anapanasati practices. She received her spiritual name Niranjana (“unblemished”) from realized teacher Ganga Ma, and blessings (darshan) from Amma, the Hugging Saint.
On the shamanic path, Kristine experienced the healing power of ancestral medicine, including completing a master plant dieta in the Peruvian Amazon with a highly respected curandero, and later co-holding transformative shamanic retreats.
She received the Transmission of Cosmic Vision Energy from Grandmaster Mantak Chia, and trained in person with Dan Brulé, a leading breathwork teacher and student of Babaji and Leonard Orr. She also trained with Prem Luca, direct student of Stanislav Grof and Osho sannyasin, integrating deep therapeutic breathwork into her work.
Kristine brings a holistic, heart-centered approach rooted in Breathwork, Reiki, meditation, and shamanic wisdom, holding powerful spaces for healing, transformation, and spiritual growth.
For the last several years, Kristine has been teaching Breathwork Teacher Training Courses and holding healing retreats, sharing her vast experience with students worldwide.
Originally from Peru, Jadhid embodies the ancestral wisdom of his lineage, carrying within him the deep connection to the earth, spirit, and sacred traditions of his homeland.
His profound spiritual curiosity led him to a deep connection with music and an ongoing journey of self-discovery. As both a musician and a seeker, his path is rooted in authenticity and heart.
He travels across Spain offering transpersonal gatherings that weave together ancient and modern practices — including the use of master plants, guided meditations, medicine music concerts, and mantras.
Through his presence and voice, Jadhid opens sacred spaces where participants are invited to reconnect with their essence, expand their consciousness, and heal.
✨ There is nothing more beautiful than truly knowing oneself — and Jadhid gently guides others on that path, using music as medicine and the breath as a bridge to the soul.

Hasmik’s journey into self-discovery began nearly four years ago with a single breath—one that opened the door to profound transformation. Since then, holotropic breathwork has been her guiding force, helping her heal unresolved wounds and navigate life with clarity.
Her path led her to explore Eastern philosophies in China, Thailand, and Indonesia, and to immerse herself in diverse healing modalities including Reiki, neurographics, family constellations, and sacred women’s circles.
Hasmik has successfully completed a 290-hour Breathwork and Trauma Awareness Teacher Training Course with AtmaBreath School and has assisted at several retreats, holding space for others on their healing journey. With a background in Strategic Communications, Conflict Analysis, and Mediation, she bridges introspective practices with academic and professional disciplines.
Passionate about creating spaces of depth and safety, Hasmik guides others to reconnect with their essence, process unspoken emotions, and transform their lives through the power of breath.
