Singing Bowl Practitioner Training in Goa, February 8-14
A seven-day immersive training in Himalayan singing bowls, sound healing & group facilitation
This seven-day intensive offers a practical and experiential introduction to Himalayan Singing Bowl sound healing. Designed for students, practitioners, and wellness professionals, the training develops both the theoretical understanding and hands-on skills needed to confidently facilitate individual sound relaxation sessions and group sound experiences.
Participants will explore the foundations of Himalayan singing bowl practice, sound and vibration, meditation, relaxation, and practical therapeutic techniques. Each day combines hands-on practice with sound meditation, yoga, breathwork, chanting, and guided meditation, creating an immersive learning environment where you can experience the practices while developing the skills to work with them professionally.
A Broader Approach to Sound
The India training is part of the four-level Sound Healing Training Program by Manolis Zografakis, covering Modules 1 and 2 with an additional specialised focus on Group Sound Relaxation with Himalayan Singing Bowls.
Developed through more than a decade of professional practice, teaching, and study with diverse sound healing traditions, the programme brings together Eastern and Western approaches to sound, relaxation, and wellbeing, including dedicated exploration of Himalayan singing bowl practices in Nepal.
This broader perspective supports a grounded approach to sound healing, with an emphasis on practical skills, direct experience, attentive listening, and responsible professional practice.
