A seven-day immersive training in Himalayan singing bowls, sound healing & group facilitation

This seven-day intensive offers a practical and experiential introduction to Himalayan Singing Bowl sound healing. Designed for students, practitioners, and wellness professionals, the training develops both the theoretical understanding and hands-on skills needed to confidently facilitate individual sound relaxation sessions and group sound experiences.

Participants will explore the foundations of Himalayan singing bowl practice, sound and vibration, meditation, relaxation, and practical therapeutic techniques. Each day combines hands-on practice with sound meditation, yoga, breathwork, chanting, and guided meditation, creating an immersive learning environment where you can experience the practices while developing the skills to work with them professionally.

A Broader Approach to Sound

The India training is part of the four-level Sound Healing Training Program by Manolis Zografakis, covering Modules 1 and 2 with an additional specialised focus on Group Sound Relaxation with Himalayan Singing Bowls.

Developed through more than a decade of professional practice, teaching, and study with diverse sound healing traditions, the programme brings together Eastern and Western approaches to sound, relaxation, and wellbeing, including dedicated exploration of Himalayan singing bowl practices in Nepal.

This broader perspective supports a grounded approach to sound healing, with an emphasis on practical skills, direct experience, attentive listening, and responsible professional practice.

Immerse yourself in the traditional practice of Himalayan singing bowls through six intensive days of hands-on training, sound meditation, and experiential learning. Manolis Zografakis
Sound healing teacher

Manolis Zografakis is a certified sound therapist, educator and founder of Sound Healing Greece. He has worked professionally with sound for more than a decade and has trained more than 150 practitioners through his Sound Healing Training Program.

He is a member of the International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA) and an IPHM member. Each level of his four-level Sound Healing Training Program is IPHM-accredited.

His professional experience spans Europe and Asia, and his work has been presented at TEDxAthens and flow!summit, one of Europe’s largest online events focused on spirituality and consciousness. He also collaborates with leading hospitality and wellness brands, including JW Marriott Crete Resort & Spa, W Costa Navarino and Daios Cove.

His training and professional development have taken place across different sound healing schools, traditions and approaches, allowing him to explore both Eastern traditions and Western perspectives on sound, meditation, relaxation and wellbeing. His studies include dedicated training in Himalayan singing bowl practices in Nepal, alongside education with different international sound healing schools and teachers.

He has practised and taught sound healing in a range of settings, working with individuals, groups, retreats, wellness organisations and hospitality environments.

His approach brings together traditional knowledge, contemporary perspectives on sound and wellbeing, meditation, experiential learning and practical professional training. The emphasis is on direct experience, careful listening, practical skill, awareness, professional boundaries and responsible practice.

Kristine Kirakosyan (Niranjana)
International Breathwork Teacher & Healer

Kristine Niranjana is a certified International Breathwork Teacher, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, and Trauma-Aware Specialist who has devoted her life to the path of healing, transformation, and conscious living. With a Ph.D. background, she bridges deep academic understanding with embodied spiritual practice, offering a grounded yet expansive approach to inner work.

In 2015, she stepped away from her corporate and academic career to embark on a profound journey of self-discovery. Since then, she has traveled extensively around the world, immersing herself in meditation, yoga, energy healing, and shamanic traditions. Her path has included many stays in Buddhist temples, where she practiced Vipassana and Anapanasati meditation, as well as deep work within shamanic lineages and ancestral healing traditions.

Kristine has also studied psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy within a clinical setting, integrating modern therapeutic frameworks with ancient wisdom traditions. This unique combination allows her to create spaces that are both spiritually profound and psychologically safe.

For the past several years, she has been traveling globally, training and mentoring individuals to become breathwork facilitators. Through her Breathwork Teacher Training Courses and retreats, she shares a holistic, heart-centered approach that weaves together Breathwork, Reiki, meditation, trauma awareness, and shamanic wisdom.

Her work is dedicated to supporting others in reconnecting with themselves, expanding their awareness, and stepping into their fullest potential.

Our Himalayan Singing Bowl Practitioner Training takes place at Nalanda Retreat Centre in Goa, India, a peaceful retreat environment created for learning, practice, and wellbeing. Located right by the beach, Nalanda offers a spacious and supportive setting for an immersive sound healing experience, with dedicated spaces for training, meditation, complementary practices, and comfortable accommodation.

The combination of the beachfront setting, intimate training group, beautiful surroundings, and time away from everyday distractions creates space to learn, practise, listen, and fully experience the work with sound.
