Joshua Stavros is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, graduated by AtmaBreath, and a dedicated healing practitioner whose journey began in 2019. Starting with yoga as a way to reconnect with body and spirit, he trained under Ashtanga master Stemi Soulakis (200h Yoga Alliance International) and deepened his practice with master teacher Paul Teodo in Bali.
His path expanded into body-centered healing, becoming certified in Biodynamic Rebalancing bodywork with Rasalji Antar (Osho lineage), Reiki Level 1, and Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage.
